Availability

The availability of our products is dependent on many factors, and the availability of any item may change at any time and is subject to change without notice. We will notify you by email if an item selected is out of stock, at which time you can decide if you want to backorder that item.

Instrument Auditioning and Purchasing

5 days is allotted for auditioning any of the instrument (shakuhachi, yidaki) on this site to the prospective buyer. Initial payment will be via Paypal for the total cost of the flute plus a Paypal fee and the shipping to the prospective buyer. If after the 5 days, and the instrument hasn’t been sent back, then we will assume the decision to buy  has been made and that the sale is final.

All prices are in US$ unless otherwise stated. Basic payment can be made by International Postal Money Order (made payable to Alcvin Ramos), bank transfer, or Paypal. Full payment is due as soon as your intention to purchase a particular instrument is established. If you send the instrument back on time, then your Paypal payment will be refunded (provided that the instrument is in the same condition that we sent it to the prospective buyer. All necessary repairs and/or depreciation of the value of the flute incurred as a result of damage during auditioning are the financial responsibility of the prospective buyer.) There will be no refund on the shipping costs, but the prospective buyer is still required to pay for the return shipping.

Purchasing Flutes in Japanese Yen

For purchasing flutes that are listed in Japanese yen, the buyer is also responsible for wiring and bank fees to Japan. (This amount fluctuates so I will inform you of the exact cost at the time of purchase.)

Shipping/customs, insurance and money transfer costs both ways are the responsibility of the auditioner.

Refund of other items 

Any defect or damage to other items must be reported within 3 days of receipt of shipment. All items are non-refundable once the sale is final.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy – All information that we receive is kept confidential and is used solely by us to fulfill our customers’ requests.

We do not sell or share your information with anyone.
